Hi,
today our main SVN repository crashed - out of the blue. Yesterday it was
another one that crashed (after working for about 1 year without any problems).
I just got a 550 Internal Server Error.
In both cases no user was working on the server when the crash happened. The
last commit performed without any errors.
The SVN server was up and running, and there haven't been any access issues on
the other repositories.
I re-created the repositories with the hotbackups we perform every night, but
we are worried about these crashes.
Any idea what could be the reason for this behaviour?
Thx
Undine.
BTW:
After re-creating the repository I wasn't sure about the group permission.
Which permission would you suggest for the GROUP (all subversion users)?
r-s?, rw-?
(Owner is user "svn" - the system user - with rwx, of course..)
