some incorrect files distributed in subversion-1.2.0-rc3.zip?

assuming that subversion-1.2.0-rc3.zip is primarily intended to do a win32
build there's a problem with several of the .dsp files that are missing
carriage-returns at the end of their lines.

src-trunk\apr-util\uri\gen_uri_delims.dsp
src-trunk\apr\libapr.dsp
src-trunk\apr-iconv\libapriconv.dsp
src-trunk\apr-iconv\ccs\libapriconv_ccs_modules.dsp
src-trunk\apr-iconv\ces\libapriconv_ces_modules.dsp
src-trunk\apr-util\xml\expat\lib\xml.dsp

all produce the error "This makefile was not generated by Developer Studio"

Replacing them with files from http://svn.apache.org that are checked out
with a native Windows SVN client works.
