Subject: keyword substitution for every commit - even to other files

file "a" as svn:keywords "Revision". When i update and a was changed the
$Revision$ is substituted.

but if only file "b" was changed the $Revision$ in a doesn't change (as
the revision hasn't changed)

Is it possible to change $Revision$ in file "a" on every commit?

thanks
niko
