Why would you want to do that? XSLT on a per repository basis?

I don't think this will work. You'd have to have those files checked in, then. And I'm
not sure, setting something like

        <Location /svn>
        ...
                SVNIndexXSLT "/svn/svnindex.xsl"

would be resolved correctly...
