mirror/syncronize a server?

Hi,

Is it possible to mirror/syncronize a subversion server?

Instead of backing up my repo with dumps, I'd love to be able to have
it send, on every commit, all new data to another subversion server,
which would then have the exact same repo, a live copy. Thus, if my
main server goes down, I can just switch to the other one immediately,
without having to process all the dumps with a manual run.

NOTE:
1) I'm not talking about multiple clients, but multiple IDENTICAL SERVERS.
2) I'd like to be able to switch between them semi-seamlessly.

Please CC my email address in your answers.
