Hi Joshua,

  I'm sorry, I forgot to mention that the first thing I did was recheck
permissions. As the default FC3 setup, HTTPD is run by apache:apache and since
it's run off of VmWare on a portable hard-drive (no external access) - I set
the perms to 777 as part of my original testing.
