Checksum mismatch and repository type.

Hello,

My company has migrated to SVN about a month ago and for the most part
Subversion works fine. Our company does multimedia development so we version
control our assets along with the code for each project (AVI files and
such). These assets can be quite large (~100 MB) and there are on average
about half a dozen of these files per project and we have about 20 projects
of this size under SNV control. Each project is kept in its own BDB
repository. Lately however we have been encountering the dreaded “Checksum
mismatch” error during some checkouts/updates. My question is two fold: What
causes this error and is it more likely to occur using Berkely DB based
repositories vs. file based ones? We made the conscious decision to go with
BDB repositories because of the maturity of the code behind it, However we
are willing to migrate to file based repositories if it will lessen the
mismatch error.

Thanks,

Rob.
