OK, next question...
Now my working copy thinks it is at revision 116, while the repository
is "rolled back" to revision 110. So now, an "svn status
--show-updates" says "ERRRR! No such revision as 116".

Is there a smoother way of merging the two, other than check-out the
newly restored repo at rev 110, copy the files from the working copy
at rev 116 to the corresponding places in the new working copy, and
then committing?

Kenneth
