Seconded. Or at least a svn mkdir -p, which would create any needed
intermediate directories, and also not return an error if the specified
directory already exists. (Just like mkdir -p.) This would ease
automated usage of svn in a few cases.


The two basic principles of Windows system administration:
     * For minor problems, reboot
     * For major problems, reinstall
