svn repository structure

Dear all,

If a repository contains several projects ( around 25) which are
completely unrelated.
Is it better to keep a single repository indexed by project then
/trunk
/ tag / branch
Or is it better to create separate repository per project.

In that case is there a restriction on the number of repositories.
