Re: numbering scheme: subversion doesn't do the even/odd
'stable/unstable' thing like apache or linux. We only make stable
releases. At any given time, /trunk is the "unstable" latest code,
until we branch it for a release. Meaning, /trunk is now the
beginnings of svn 1.3.

I don't believe anyone has begun the task of adapting svn's /trunk code
to use neon 0.25 yet. We're still too busy stabilizing the 1.2 branch.
