I maintain the web site. Is there something confusing about that text?
What I am trying to say is that Subclipse is not something you download
and install via your web browser. Instead, there is a mechanism within
Eclipse for performing the download and installation procedure. We host
an "Eclipse Update Site" for this purpose so that you can do the install
the "right way". We also provide a zipped version of the update site so
that if you have a lot of developers you can setup an internal update site
and do the install from there.
