Checksum mismatch error

I'm getting a checksum mismatch error every time I modify a file and
try to commit my changes. The errors look like this:

svn: Checksum mismatch for
'/home/www/exsec.ycs.biz/.svn/text-base/CHANGELOG.svn-base'; expected
'81e72e24d023f30e743ecda66cb67e20', actual:
'f7dba340c3d7fe754465a46f67b83c98'

Any ideas as to what might be the problem?
