Kerberos Authentication

From: Samay <getafix123_at_hotmail.com>

Folks,

We are using Subversion + Apache + Mod_Auth_Kerb to access repos. Authentication is based on Kerberos to facilitate single-sign-on. It works very fine (no password prompts) if I browse the repo (https://svn.example.com/repos/testrepo/) using FireFox (Linux and win32) or Internet Explorer (win32 only) clients. Server logs clearly show userid_at_AuthRealm as Authenticated user detail.

However, if using SVN (1.1.4) client (Linux + win32), it always asks for username and password. Is SPNEGO supported by Subversion (dependent on Neon?)? if yes, how to set it up on the client side. If not, then is it on the roadmap?

any help, pointers, much appreciated.

regards

Same
