After all, it does reply to pings, so it could also tell me to come back
tomorrow...

I've been trying to get there for hours (and as I've frequently had
problems in the last couple of weeks, I expected it to be "the usual,
just more severe") - wanted to get 1.2 and post something to the issue
tracker which might be relevant for 1.2.

Anyway:
IIRC, we've been "asked" to test 1.2 RC 1 because RC 2 is schedule for
next Monday (?).
Is there any place where I could get the Windows binaries if tigris.org
is down?
Will the RC2 be postponed by a few days?

Any idea?
