svn.collab.net is still up. So you can checkout
http://svn.collab.net/repos/svn/trunk, or any branch/tag you want.

Similarly, you can get scplugin's code by checking out some directory
within http://svn.red-bean.com/scplugin. (Trunk is part of a scplugin
2.0 rewrite, not yet finished or stable, so I'd recommend some released
1.0 tag.)
