substitute custom property

Hello,

I am wondering if it is possible somehow to substitute a custom
svn property (like "major","minor","revision") into a versioned
text file. I am aware that the manual says this is possible only
for the svn:keywords properties.

The background is that I am thinking of setting the above property
recursively to all files in a dir tree and then could have svn substitute
the keyword anchors in any text files where I would like the values.

Does anyone know of a solution?
