Small text correction to svn_load_dirs.pl.in

I was using svn_load_dirs.pl today for the first time (on the
recommendation of someone on this list -- thank you) and noticed a
small problem in one of the text prompts. Here's a patch against 1.2rc1
to fix it.

                        "The following table lists files and directories
that\n",
- "exist in either the Subversion repository and
the\n",
+ "exist in either the Subversion repository or
the\n",
                        "directory to be imported but not both. You now
have\n",
                        "the opportunity to match them up as renames
instead\n",
