Do we need the patched mod_dav.so ? I guess so, because Apache won't
start otherwise. Is a binary version of mod_dav.so available somewhere ?

Also, the README.txt contains a slight typo:
     libibtl 0.14.0 (patched)
        ^^^

This is probably /libintl/, right ?
