Trac is able to do this on a file or directory basis.

As an example go to this link:
http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/log/trunk/contrib/

Scroll to the bottom.

I wouldn't do this for trunk though as it does all the commits it takes
a while. I don't know if there is control for say the last 10 commits.
