No, but I have on FC3 and all from RPMs.

Use this yum.conf: http://www.fedorafaq.org/samples/yum.conf

yum install sqlite python-sqlite
yum --enablerepo=dag install clearsilver
yum --enablerepo=dag install trac

Then look at this:

http://projects.edgewall.com/trac/wiki/TracOnFedoraCoreThree

You will have to look at the rpms which are a part of FC4, I think
sqlite has been moved from Fedora extras into the main distro. My guess
is that the above commands will be very close to what you need. Check
the contents of yum.conf to make sure it uses FC4 and not FC3 rpm
repositories.

BTW there is a trac mailing list, you ought to be asking trac questions
there.
