I found this page to spell it exactly what was needed.

One thing. If you are using packages things might be a little more
difficult to find and install (since it's a test release of FC).

But building most of the dependencies from source gave me a working
installation without much aggravation on a FC1 box. A lot of the
dependencies are python installations.

Against the advice of the Requirements section I used swig version
1.3.24 which might explain why I was having some weird problems getting
the python bindings to link.

Look out for the dreaded SElinux bugs with apache, other than that let
us know how it works out.
