anyone using a password manager

Hi All,
Is anyone actively using a tool to let subversion users manage their
passwords? I am using apache htpasswd files to manage 30 users access
to 10 repositories. Wondering if anyone is using/has developped a tool
to let users do things like change their own passwords via a web
interface and/or provide nice tools for an admin to manage those users
and repositories...

Something akin to a subversion control panel...

I have done some google searching and in addition wanted to see what
people on the list were having success with...
