These questions would be better on the Subclipse users@ list.

Your problem is a known problem in JavaSVN. I believe that all of the
known corruption problems have been fixed. You should update to Subclipse
0.9.30 and then install the latest version of the JavaSVN extensions. I
cannot remember how they were delivered back in the Subclipse 0.9.27 but
JavaSVN is now installed as a plugin after you install Subclipse.
