That probably depends upon your Subversion client.

I use Subclipse and TortoiseSVN, which both follow the
`bugtraq` specification for issue tracker integration:

Using that approach any issue tracker should work so
long as it accepts an URL for a link to a bug or issue.

WebSVN also displays bugtraq hyperlinks in log messages.
