I had automated the windows build around the 1.1.2 release with VS.Net 2002.
I rewrote the build script, added a new script to automate apache testing,
and documented what I had to do to get everything working. The only I
couldn't get working right was building the python swig bindings. I'm pretty
sure it was because I was using too new of a version of swig which 1.2 now
supports. I got too busy to work on it much after that. Just looking at the
changelog it looks like the build system for Windows will be much easier for
1.2 and most of the work I've done probably will be obsolete so there's no
point in me continuing work on it or even contributing it.
