Logging requests made through Apache and mod_dav_svn?

I have a Subversion repository behind an Apache 2 with "DAV
svn". Everything works fine, people can commit and update.

In Apache's log file, I do not find Subversion requests (but I find
"normal" HTTP requests). I assume that I need to activate a specific
flag but googling, reading the Subversion FAQ and the Subversion book
(in that order) revealed nothing.

(I would like something like IP address, name of user, revision and
may be file(s) and operation(s) - add, delete, etc.)
