1.2RC1: possible bug with 'svn help up' and locking

Hi,

The help msg for 'svn help up' says nothing about locking.

Yet when I did 'svn up' on a WC that had a file with broken lock, I got

  B file1
At revision 64.

So I rushed to 'svn help up' to see what the "B" means, but could not
find it.

Should I submit this as an issue ?
