1.2RC1 : unfriendly erro msg when lock attempt fails

Hi,

Just checking out the new lock feature of 1.2 (which I really need ..
Thanks Subversion developers !!).

When attempting to lock an already locked file, I get the following
error msg :

        svn: Lock request failed: 423 Locked (http://svn-il.chipx.co.il)
        svn: Your lock comment was left in a temporary file:
        svn: 'svn-lock.tmp'

IMHO, this is confusing and not very clear.

What does "423" or "423 Locked" means ?

Why not simply say something like :

        "Lock request failed, file is already locked by xxx "

And maybe add something like :

        "To see all lock details, use 'svn info'"

Any chance of something like this making it in for 1.2 ?
Should I submit this as an issue ?
