I received a mail with the subject "WELCOME to users@subversion.tigris.org"
and I receive messages from the list in the form of emails.

Does that mean it arrived here at 23:32 local time (only about 15 minutes
after I sent it)? Hmm, I'm suprised that it's that short... I will see
