using svn+ssh on a windows svn server

hi

I spent the whole day yesterday trying to configure my svn on a windows 2000
system. I need ssl encryption so I'd like to use the custom server svnserve.
I used both my win2000 and a macosx system to test client connection. but I
couldn't enter the repository. wherever I configure the home rep of the ssh
session, I couldn't make it work. as far as I now, the url should be :
svn+rsh://username@host/path
"path" being absolute, but how do you specify an absolute windows path in a
url ? I tried several methods but none of them worked. I would really
appreciate if someone could help me get this to work. thanks
