Merge by file type

Hi,

I love Subversion, keep up the good work! :)

My feature or enhancement has to deal with merging files.
Some file types may prompt an intelligent auto merge and not a line by line merge,
for example, xml files may be merged intelligently, for example,
and this can be extended to any type of files, I think it would be wise to create "smart mergers" for certain
file types like xml, help files, documents. This doesn't have to be different binary formatted files but can also
be text files that have different meanings (like xml).
