problem with svn:externals

hi all...

i tried working with svn:externals but i dont know how
to use it..

i tried executing

#> svn propset svn:externals file:///tmp/TI/branch
WebBrowser/
svn: Error parsing svn:externals property on
'WebBrowser': 'file:///tmp/TI/branch'

where tmp/TI/branch is the repository.. and /WeBrowser
is the local work copy...

how do i correct this problem????
