I think you could, but I look at it as a 'all your eggs in one basket'
sort of problem. I personally would prefer multiple repos, others
prefer one repo. I think it is a choice that should be made by the
person setting up their subversion system.

I can't speak for Bruce, but I'd set it up as multiple repos.
