Multiple log messages per commit in a hook?

Hello,
I apologize if this is covered...I've read through the API
documentation, and I'm not quite clear on how this would work, so I figued
I'd ask.

There's a file that's part of our Subversion tree that will be modified by
an automated process. This process will add (and possibly remove) several
lines from this file on a periodic basis (fairly often, actually). What I'd
like to be able to have are log messages associated with each line changed,
so the automation can tag why it added/removed each line. Is that even
possible? My first guess at doing this was to have multiple notification
managers called for a given file. Would that work, or is there some other
magic I'll have to pull to get this working?

Thanks in advance for the help.

Aaron
