mod_dav_svn.so is supposed to come with Subversion. However, I noticed on my
Fedora Core 3 box, mod_dav_svn is in a separate RPM from the regular
Subversion RPM from Fedora:
$ yum info mod_dav_svn
Available Packages
Name : mod_dav_svn
Arch : i386
Version: 1.1.2
Release: 2.3
Size : 50 k
Repo : updates-released
Summary: Apache server module for Subversion server.

The mod_dav_svn package allows access to a Subversion repository
