Hi, Robert,

it's probably not so easy to help you from just your mail since there is not
som many info on what is going on.

If you don't mind leaking you files to my computer, you could give me rsync or
ssh or (s)ftp or http access to your repo, I could download ir and try to see
if my subversion can handle it. I have several different releases of
subversion on my laptop (1.1.0, 1.1.1, 1.1.3 and the bleeding edge 1.2.0),
and several versions of db. Maybe there is a bug in you svn/libraries that
does not manifest on my computer. If I succeed, I make a dump of your repo
available at my site, and you get it back.

I promiss you do delete every trace of you files after we try this, but you
will have to trust me...

If you are up to this, drop me a message.

You did not offend anybody ;), just I think it is too hard to answer just that
question.
