machine, etc.

It seems to take from between not very long to a hell of a long time.

Nearly the identical. In fact, in *most* cases, your users will just
need to change
'cvs' to 'svn' in their CLI commands.

One area that seems to throw many CVS users, however, is the way in
which Subversion
handles tags. I'm not suggesting there is a problem, or that one way is
better than
the other, only that the two feature sets' areas of commonality is
narrow enough in
some cases that it may cause hives, itchiness, heart palpitations and
death in people
prone to 'it doesn't work the way I think it should' syndrome. :-)
