 A little one. I'm running this script on the Windows XP ;-/
ActivePerl 5.8.0.8 and got error

commit-email.pl: `c:\soft\svn-win32-1.1.2\bin\svnlook.exe info d:\svn -r 140' fa
iled with this output:'-' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.

 It seems that read_from_process fails on Windows. I'll try to make
this script works on my computer.
