Building subversion 1.1.3 Python 2.4 bindings with Visual Studio 2003

Hello.

I'm trying to build the SWIG python bindings of Subversion 1.1.3 for Python
2.4. I've tried to read the instructions, but I'm a little confused. I've
never built subversion before, and I'm getting all sorts of errors. Can
someone give me a few pointers?
