Having made a *backup*, you might try the following:
rm log.* __db.*
for i in *s; do mv ${i} ${i}-old && db_dump ${i}-old | db_load ${i}; done
svnadmin recover ..
Make sure that db_dump and db_load exist and are the same BDB version as
your subversion repository before you start. Some distributions rename them
to db4_dump db4_load, or other similar things.
