RE: Locking

Hi,

Would it be possible to give a better look at how locking will be
implemented? By default locking off I suppose ... For example will locking
be done on file extension?

Sorry, I don't understand well -- is there any possibility to release SVN
version 1.2 in April *WITHOUT* locking ???

It would be very annoying fact for me. I'm in little panic now.
