case-insensitive per directory permissions

From: Reinhard Brandstaedter <reinhard.brandstaedter_at_ams-engineering.com>

Hi again,

Is there any way to make the users that are specified in the
per-directory permissions file case insensitive?

For exapmle if you use an AuthzSVNAccessFile like this:

[groups]
script-developers = BrRe
[/]
@script-developers = rw

And the user signs on with "brre" so that he still can write to the
repository?
I'd need that for my Windows users that are not used to case-sensitive
usernames ;-)

Thanks,
Reinhard
