wow - is that a fact?
I've had that msg many times when messing with svn:ignore properties and
deletions during same session.

Next time I get it I'll tell.

In that case it'd be an axcellent idea (thanks myself ;)) to replace "not
locked" with "you've run into a actual bug in the working-copy code. please
send a bugreport to bla bla bla ..."
