Am I the only one getting annoyed by the number of emails with
signatures like these? Please, turn this signature off in your email
client when posting messages to mailing lists. Or, if it is added
automatically by your company's mail server and is out of your control,
then please use an email account on a different email server that does
not do this. Mailing lists are for discussing things, not for spewing
paragraphs of corporate CYA junk.

While I'm at it, I might as well take a moment to point out that even
the cutesy signatures that you may have configured in your email client
should probably be turned off when posting to a mailing list. Whatever
you wrote may be witty and clever the first time but quickly ceases to
be so with every successive post.

If what I wrote makes anyone angry, then I apologize; I haven't had my
coffee yet.
