I'm missing the subversion.conf file below.
I was about to create it myself from the text in the manual, but don't I
need mod_dav_svn.so first? I can't find that one anywhere.

Vanilla FC2:

# grep dav_fs_module /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf
LoadModule dav_fs_module modules/mod_dav_fs.so

# ls /etc/httpd/conf.d/
perl.conf php.conf python.conf README ssl.conf subversion.conf
welcome.conf
