Yes this would be possible. But I don't see any need to do these commits so often so doing one bigger commit per day would be better IMO.

Now after doing some little study the subversion doesn't itself seem to be so problematic. The biggest problem seems to lay in the CM's end. How to handle the changes, new/deleted files etc? Well that isn't SVN list's problem so I don't expect to any answers for that.
