Okay, so I turned on debug logging and watched all the "Access granted"
messages fly by. There are a couple of Kerberos errors mixed in, and they
correspond to the files that get marked "absent" -

So it looks like I'm off to figure out what a "krb5_verify_init_creds()
failed: Request is a replay" error is.
