using patches

Hello,
I have a big problem :
My project size is about 10 mb and is hosted in a distant server and
everytime i commit major changes (lot of files) i must delete all the
project folder on the server and replace it with an 'export' of the
youngest revision, seems to be very heavy operation since am upgrading
from one revision to another.
is there anyway doing patches wich svn ?
