compiling subversion 1.1.3 on QNX Neutrino 6.3.0 fails unless libtool is modified

This is a bug report I was about to file.

When I tried building subversion 1.1.3 on QNX Neutrino 6.3.0, I kept
getting errors in libtool. In libtool, line 632, there's a pipe to "od
-x". The QNX od does not recognize this option, and so it has to be
changed to "od -t x2". A similar problem exists in apr/libtool.

Updating to a more recent version of libtool will likely fix this problem.
